If not, you're not alone. Most people do not believe they are musical.

Perhaps you had a negative experience with music as a child. Maybe you are a current musician who struggles with the mindset that you don't have enough of a natural gift for music to really thrive.

Many grow up believing that musicianship comes naturally to the gifted, the few and far between, but not for the general populace.
